Zombie take-down: IntroComp winners announced

It just goes to show: There is nothing you can do to stop an invasion of zombies. Or zombie games, for that matter.
You have no doubt already surmised through my subtle subliminal cues that I am talking about the winner of IntroComp 2011. The results were announced yesterday, and I seen them. I seen them at GameSetWatch, actually, which came as an ephemeral shock because I’d forgotten to be the one to get the news out first.
Choice of Zombies shuffled into pole position, obviously because it’s the choice of… No, don’t let me finish that, because it’s actually a fun game wot features zombies and so cannot be faulted. Speculative Fiction (fuck me, but I can never remember that title), my personal favourite of team IntroComp 2011, arrives at a fluttery second, with Choice of the Petal Throne taking the rear but still getting to splash sparkling wine on the crowd. I did not play that one so I will not attempt to confabulate a comment, except to laugh derisively at all titles that start with the words “Choice of”.
Well done, et cetera! I look forward to the finished games.
